What price points are available for your tiny homes?
Prices vary due to the materials that you choose. We are 100% ground-up custom. Because of this, we will always only have one model on our lot at a time.
At Smith Tiny Homes, we work with you every step of the way. We build for you. Your vision, our expertise.
Bigger does not necessarily mean more expensive. Changes in materials, in certain scenarios, can lower overall costs.
We strive to keep costs affordable while retaining our pledge of quality.
In many markets, our model would exceed $100,000.

Are your homes 4-season capable?
Yes. Insulation is a top priority at Smith Tiny Homes. This keep you warm in the winter, cool in the summer, all while keeping utilities and operating costs low.
*The example model has 3 inches of spray foam in the floor and the walls; 6 inches in the ceiling. It is livable year-round.
Are your homes capable of sustaining off-grid living?
